At the Telefon Seelsorge, you will find people who are open and willing to listen. The staff are able to help them cope with stressful feelings, clarify any questions they may have and work with callers to find new perspectives and solutions. Anonymity
Counceling is anonymous. Callers are not obliged to give their name or other details. The caller's telephone number does not appear on the display of our telephone system. Calls to the Telefon Seelsorge do not appear on the itemized telephone bill.

Cofindentiality
Our employees are bound to confidentiality. They are not allowed to pass on anything they have heard on the phone.

24-hour service
The Telefon Seelsorge is staffed around the clock, every day of the year.

A call to the Telefon Seelsorge is free of charge, regardless of whether it is made from a landline or mobile phone.
